2. Contractual Partner & Agreement Process

Placing products in the cart constitutes a non-binding selection. You may edit or remove items before finalizing the purchase. A binding purchase agreement is formed when you click the Order Now button.
You will immediately receive a confirmation email after submitting your order.

❗ Note: Sale items, gift cards, and pre-order drops are non-refundable. Exchanges are accepted for size-related issues.

3. Contract Language & Document Storage

  • The contract language is German.
  • We store the contract details and send you a copy with your order confirmation and terms via email.
  • Customers with accounts can access this data in their login area.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping fees may apply and are visible during checkout.
  • We only ship by mail — no in-store pickup is available.
  • We do not deliver to packing stations.
  • Return shipping is not covered by us.

We are fully liable in cases involving:

  • Product liability claims
  • Breach of guarantee (if agreed)

In all other cases, liability for damages is excluded.
